Ohio GFOA's Annual Conference & Membership Meeting offers 2 1/2 days of unsurpassed networking opportunities & educational sessions focused on issues facing the industry.
 
Continuing education credits will be provided through the Ohio Accountancy Board (CPE), Ohio Treasurer of State's Center for Public Investment Management (CPIM), Ohio Auditor of State's Fiscal Integrity Act (FIA), and The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education (CLE). Ohio GFOA’s 34th Annual Conference & Membership Meeting will provide up to 19 CPE hours in category AA.

The deadline to receive the Ohio GFOA discount rate of $175/night plus applicable tax is August 31, 2021. Requests received after August 31, 2021, will be accepted based on room and rate availability. Ohio State Tax Exemption forms must be present at check-in. A valid form will exempt the 7.8% state sales tax. It will not exempt from the remaining room tax. If the entity is exempt from Hamilton County and Cincinnati taxes, the appropriate documentation must be presented at check-in as well.

Conference Kickoff Social Hour
Ohio GFOA is excited to be back in person after a long year of virtual events. If you are local or arriving early to Cincinnati, we hope you will consider stopping by the hotel lobby for the first-ever Ohio GFOA Conference Kickoff Social Hour on Tuesday, September 21st from 8-9 PM.

This informal social hour is free to attend for conference attendees. Early conference registration will also be available during the social hour. Conference attendees can relax with a drink and circumvent the morning registration crowd.

Virtual Option for Attendees
The 2021 Ohio GFOA Annual Conference will be a hybrid format, with the option to participate either in-person or virtual (live-stream). Only one (1) session, per time block, will be live-streamed (sessions determined by registration popularity), including the general sessions, through the conference mobile app. Furthermore, all sessions, per time block, will be recorded for on-demand and posted to the Ohio GFOA website, following the conference.
