As a Managing Director for CSC, Joe is responsible for leading and growing CSC’s Operational Excellence practice. He specializes in serving clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry as well as clients interested in improving their transactional business processes. He has an extensive background in aerospace, medical device, medical diagnostics, and industrial tooling. Joe’s service specialties include Lean, Six Sigma, change agency, project/program management, engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing, specifically in heavily regulated industries. He focuses on delivering value to his clients through growth and profitability strategies.
