Ohio GFOA Webinar Series
"Budgeting Done Right for Ohio Governments"
November 13, 2024
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Presented by: OpenGov

Budgeting shouldn’t be a source of stress, but for many local governments, it can be, from error-prone legacy systems and misalignment to a lack of trust and minimal collaboration. Even residents can feel left in the dark when they don’t know how their tax dollars are being spent.

In this webinar, we’ll walk through OpenGov Budgeting & Planning and how it can streamline your entire budgeting process from start to finish, including new ways to:

  • Cut down on frequent errors, ditch the paper, and eliminate manual data entry for good
  • Encourage collaboration between departments using simple integrations on a shared, cloud-based platform
  • Promote transparency with the help of data-backed strategies and regular communication with stakeholders
