Sleeping Room Rate:  Ohio GFOA Discount of $179.00, plus 14.75% taxes and $13.00 Daily Resort Fee

Instructions for Making Online Reservations:

1.      Go to www.thelodgeatgeneva.com

2.      Click “Make a Reservation” at the top of the home page

3.      Enter your Check In and Check Out Dates.

4.      Click on the “Specials Codes” drop down and then under “Group” Type in your GROUP Code: 4GI0AO

5.      Pick the room you wish to book

6.      Fill in your information (At this time, the card you entered will be charged for the first night stay plus taxes and fees.)

7.      Click Submit and watch for your confirmation email

**If your organization is tax exempt and you are using the organizations tax exempt credit card for payment, please be sure to bring the credit card as well as the Ohio Tax Exemption form with you when checking in. The reservation will be adjusted to tax exempt status at check in. Or, you can fax your tax exempt form to 440-415-1539 before arrival ad we can adjust. Please list the reservation name and confirmation number on the form so that can easily locate the reservations the form covers. Tax Exempt entities are exempt of 6.75% sales tax and are still required to pay 8% bed tax.***

Reservation must be made prior to the room block expiration date of July 27, 2020

Please Note the following:

1.      Reservations are only available via our website.

2.      If booking outside of the contracted blocked dates, make a reservation and then call our reservations department to extend your arrival or departure dates.

3.      Call in reservations will not be accepted

4.      The group rate/group discount is no longer valid after the room block expiration date.

5.      If a reservation is needed past the date listed above, the room will have to be booked at the best available rate the hotel is offering.

6.      There are limited rooms in the group block and reservations are first come, first served.
