President's Message

Dear Ohio Government Finance Officers Association Members and Associates,

Harlita H. Robinson, CPA Ohio GFOA President

I would like to start out by reminding all of us of the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association mission to “Share Knowledge for Effective Government.”  This mission statement reminds us to support Ohio GFOA by promoting, encouraging and enhancing the exchanging of information and ideas amongst finance officers from all governmental jurisdictions.  I would like for this to be a focal point in my tenure as President of this organization.  Ohio GFOA should be the first point of contact to learn about past practices and emerging or evolving new professional opportunities and challenges.  This coming year 2015 promises to be an exciting, meaningful and productive year!
